Volvo’s version of an all-electric vehicle will be witnessed at Volvo’s Innovation for Life event after the Frankfurt Motor Show on September. No specs of the C30 EV Concept had leaked yet aside from its close relativity to the ReCharge, with electric hatch to utilize small electric motors in each wheel. Of course it has a battery pack which will be powered by electricity. Although Volvo has not yet announced the car’s production year, it is expected that the first hybrid will come to market by 2012.
